Important Notice

  1. The Super Week promotion may be modified or terminated without prior notice at the company's discretion.
  2. Yearly subscription plans during the Super Week promotion include additional discounts for the Seedance 2.0 model, and eligible users will receive promotional credits.
  3. If you cancel or withdraw from a plan purchased during the Super Week promotion before the subscription period ends, refunds or charges will be calculated based on the full price after deducting model and credit usage.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds & cancellations: request within 7 days if unused. , and see Terms for the process.
  2. Refunds may not apply if you’ve already used credits or downloaded clips.
  3. Purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days if unused. See FAQ for details.

Subscription Guide

  1. All subscription prices include VAT.
  2. Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed on the same date each month as the original purchase date. If the same date does not exist in a particular month, the billing will occur on the last day of the month.
  3. You can cancel the subscription at any time during the subscription period. After cancellation, you will not be charged automatically from next billing date.
  4. Even after subscription cancellation, you can continue to use the service for the remaining subscription period. After that, access to the service will be restricted.
  5. If suspicious download activity is detected (e.g., macro downloading, crawling, etc.), download access may be temporarily restricted.
  6. Service may be limited if generated results could violate third-party rights.
  7. Subscription plans may be offered at a discounted price during promotions, and the duration of the discount period may vary depending on the promotion.
  8. Policies regarding discounts and rewards may change at the company's discretion and will be announced in advance.
  9. All content must be used in compliance with Dropshot Stock's license terms, and violations of the License Policy may result in legal liability.
